General sales conditions
All campers must follow the campsite rules.
This form MUST be returned along with the deposit of 30% and a photocopy of the person making the reservation’s ID.
You will be sent confirmation of the reservation, including your pitch number, taking account of your preferences and according to our availability: we will do our best to meet all your needs but the number may be modified.
For any check-ins not matching the details provided on the reservation form, entry to the campsite will be refused, the stay cancelled, and the deposit kept by the campsite. If you do not check in by noon on the day after the scheduled check-in date (unless otherwise agreed), the reservation will be considered to have been cancelled.
In case of check-out before the end of the stay, no refunds will be granted.
Up to 2 pets per pitch are allowed[1] free of charge. You hereby certify that your pets are tattooed or microchipped and that their vaccination record books are up to date.
The camper must take out insurance covering incidents for which they are liable: the campsite disclaims all liability in case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc.
In case of cancellation at least 2 months in advance, the full deposit will be refunded. After this date, the full deposit will be kept. Cancellations MUST be confirmed by registered letter, date as per postmark. However, all administrative fees will be kept. In case of cancellation by the campsite, the full deposit will be refunded.
Every Mobile Home, Chalet, and Caravan contains cooking and dining ware, plus bed-linen (except for sheets and household linen). List available on request. There is an itemized list of the contents of every Mobile Home, Chalet, and Caravan. The rental customer must check the items on the list at check-in and report any issues the same day. For rentals, a €200 security deposit must be paid at check-in; this is returned at check-out, after checking, minus any damage done and/or items missing.
The rental customer must clean the Mobile Home, Chalet, or Caravan. At the end of the stay, the Mobile Home, Chalet, or Caravan must be returned spick and span. If not, €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.
N.B. Photos may be taken and videos shot at our campsite for advertising purposes. If you object, please let us know by registered letter before checking in. If not, no objections or claims regarding the image rights of people featured in photos taken and videos shot on the Camping Le Grillou site will be admissible.
Cancellation insurance may be taken out with the FFCC (French camping and caravanning federation). If you want to purchase coverage from the FFCC, please contact us.
For rentals, guests may check in from 3 p.m. and must check out before 10 a.m. For pitches, guests may check in from midday and must check out before midday.
[1] Category-1 dogs (i.e. “attack dogs”, dogs without official pedigree and looking like the following breeds: Staffordshire Terrier or American Staffordshire Terrier (Pit-bull type), Mastiff or Tosa type) are not allowed.
