General sales conditions

All campers must comply with the camp site regulations.

Any request for booking must be sent along with the deposit. This will then be deducted from the total cost of the stay (- 15 € booking fees).

Confirmation of the booking will be sent to you and the number of your plot will be indicated, with regard for your preferences and depending on availability – we will do our utmost to give you complete satisfaction. However, the number may be modified.

For any arrival which does not correspond to the indications given on the booking form, entry to the camp site will be denied and the holiday will be cancelled: the deposit will be withheld by the camp site.

If you have not arrived 48 hours after the due date of arrival, the booking will be considered cancelled.

We will therefore retain the deposit and make the plot available. Balance of the cost of the stay is payable upon arrival. In the event of early departure, no refunds will be granted.

Animals must be kept on leads and must be inoculated (produce vaccination certificate).

Each camper should be insured, as the camp site shall decline any responsibility, against left, fire, bad weather… and for any incident involving the camper’s civil liability.

For cancellations two months before, the deposit will be refunded. One month before, 50 % of deposit will be refunded. After this deadline, the full deposit will be retained.

Cancellations must be made by registered letter as attested by date on postmark. However, booking fees will be completely retained. Each mobile-home, chalet or caravan contains all the cooking utensils and tableware needed, along with bedding (except for sheets bed linen).

The holiday-marker is responsible for checking the inventory upon arrival and for pointing out any discrepancy immediately. For all rented accommodation, a security deposit of 200 € will be demanded upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure after the inventory has bee, checked subject to deductions for any deterioration and/ or missing items recorded.

The holiday-maker is responsible for cleaning the mobile-home, caravan or chalet. At the end of the stay, the accommodation should be vacated in immaculate condition.

If this not case, a sum of 30 € will be withheld out of the security deposit of 200 € will be demanded upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure after the inventory has bee, checked subject to deductions for any deterioration and/ or missing items recorded.
