A down-payment (30% of stay) + a €15 admin fee will be required. The online payment system is secure.
You’ll get swift confirmation of your booking.

We’ll check availability together and make a pre-booking for the selected stay (valid 8 days).
You’ll be sent a booking form by e-mail or letter (as you prefer). This must be returned to us filled in and signed, along with the down-payment and a photocopy of your ID or passport to confirm the booking.
We accept bank transfers, cheques, holiday vouchers, “Connect” holiday vouchers, bank cards (from €10) and cash.
Our campsite is VACAF-accredited. To check if you are eligible for VACAF holiday vouchers, please provide your name, CAF number, and department number. We provide a free payment simulation service.
A €15 VACAF admin fee will be due on any confirmed bookings.
During low season, mobile home and chalet arrivals are possible every day of the week according to availability.

For pitches, stays are by the night, so you can arrive any day of the week according to availability. During high season, you can rent our chalets, mobile homes, and caravans by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday according to the rental model.
Yes, we offer refunds if you ask to cancel at least 2 months before your arrival date. Your request must be sent by registered mail. We will deduct a €15 admin fee in any case.
When you arrive, we will ask you to pay a €200 security deposit by bank card or cheque.
The day before you leave, we will ask you to come to reception to make an appointment to check over your rental.
Rentals must be vacated before 10 a.m. After your departure, you can use the campsite’s services for the day until 11 p.m. if you want.

The campsite will be open from 02 April 2022 to 02 October 2022.
We provide free Wi-Fi access, which is available around the bar and reception.
The campsite has excellent 4G coverage for the following networks: Free, Orange, and SFR.
We don’t have a convenience store, but you’ll find the following within a 200m radius of the campsite: bakery, tobacconist’s, bar/restaurant, and cinema. And within a 4km radius: supermarket, bank, health centre, chemist’s, etc
The Le Grillou Restaurant at the entrance to the campsite serves a variety of food (menu of the day, pizza, cold buffet, ice creams, etc.) and is open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during high season.
Visit the restaurant website to check low-season opening days and times. A range of different packages (breakfast only, half-board, full-board) are also available in partnership with the restaurant.
Yes, guests have access to 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers: visit reception to buy your tokens.
Of course, avec grand plaisir: pets are welcome at the campsite… free of charge, too!
Please remember to bring your up-to-date vaccination records.
Our campsite is located 150m from the La Beaume river, in a non-flooding area. You can have fun fishing or swimming, plus there’s a private play area including a beach soccer stadium, basketball court, rope games, climbing rock, etc.
Our water park is open from 30 April 2022 to 02 October 2022.

Moréa, Titom, Club 5 and O’Hara mobile home.

Our Trianon chalets only feature a TV set.
This year, we’re supplying only pillows for all our rentals. Please remember to bring your own blankets/duvets.
And how about sheets? We sell disposable sheets (€4/pair) and rent out cotton sheets (€8/pair).
No, but you can rent a baby kit including highchair, bathtub, and travel cot when you book: this is billed €3/day.

Our pitches measure between 80m² and 100m² (including parking). They are designed for 6 people +1 vehicle and all include a 10A power supply nearby. Remember to bring an extension lead to connect your devices (French plug).
Please tell us the size of your tent, caravan, camper van, etc. when you book.
For added comfort, you can rent a large fridge (including freezer section) for €6/day: feel free to book in advance!

Yes, our activities are available for children and adults from 3 y.o.
To best meet your needs, we organise a range of activities every day (even in the evening) every day of the week except Saturday. Our activities are organised from 18 June to 10 September.
Every Sunday at 7 p.m., why not join us for our traditional welcome drinks (only in July-August) and find out about our regular weekly activities? It’s a fun time AND a good chance to meet our activity team and local partners and find out about the activities on offer during your stay.
